Any changes to scope, design, or material specifications may affect timelines and costs, and must be agreed upon in writing.<\/span><\/p>\n Prices quoted are based on current market rates and scope of work. A formal quotation and payment schedule will be shared before project initiation. All payments must be made as per the mutually agreed terms.<\/span><\/p>\n We offer a warranty of <\/span>2\u20133 years<\/b> on select services such as waterproofing and interior fit-out, as detailed in your signed agreement. Warranty coverage does not apply to damages caused by misuse, external factors, or unauthorized modifications.<\/span><\/p>\n Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n To initiate a refund request, please contact our project coordinator <\/span>Sameer<\/b> at:<\/span> All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
