1. Introduction

Welcome to YMS Group. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Services

YMS Group offers a range of general contracting services including, but not limited to:

  • Interior Fit-Out (Residential & Commercial)
  • Waterproofing Solutions
  • Renovation & Civil Works
  • MEP and Turnkey Contracting Projects

All services are provided under contractual agreement and based on client requirements and approvals.

3. Project Scope & Timeline

Project timelines and deliverables are shared during the quotation and proposal phase. Any changes to scope, design, or material specifications may affect timelines and costs, and must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted are based on current market rates and scope of work. A formal quotation and payment schedule will be shared before project initiation. All payments must be made as per the mutually agreed terms.

5. Warranty

We offer a warranty of 2–3 years on select services such as waterproofing and interior fit-out, as detailed in your signed agreement. Warranty coverage does not apply to damages caused by misuse, external factors, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not commenced within 7 days of the agreed start date due to our delay.
  • If no significant work or material procurement has been undertaken.

All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide access to project sites when needed
  • Review and approve design/layouts promptly
  • Communicate changes or issues in a timely manner

Delays caused by client inaction may result in adjusted timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and project content developed by YMS Group are the property of the company unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

YMS Group shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by external factors (e.g., government approvals, material shortages)
  • Losses arising from third-party vendors or suppliers

10. Updates to Terms

YMS Group reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
